Integrity Fab & Machine, Inc. is a steel fabricator and machining company located in Breckenridge, Michigan. Integrity specializes in custom die sets, plates and parallels, and also offers certified welding and fabrication services, including plasma cutting, rolling, bending and related operations.
Integrity originally purchased an AKS dura-kut with dual oxy-fuel torches. The dura-kut water table is 108″ wide and 50 feet long, and is used to cut carbon steel stripper and backup plates for die tooling up two inches thick.
As Integrity has grown, fabrications for agriculture products has become a larger portion of the business. Agriculture-related products include grain conveyor components for silos, and other agricultural applications including ductwork, elbows, channels and supports that are cut, folded and/or rolled from lighter gauge steel.
To accommodate these needs, Integrity purchased a second plasma cutting system: the AKS accu-kut with the Hypertherm XPR300 X-Definition plasma supply. This accu-kut also features a 108″ x 50 foot water table, and is used to process light gauge steel at high cutting speeds.
