Program Details

As consumable parts such as nozzles, orifices, electrodes and caps begin to wear from use, having a consistent replacement plan in place helps to keep operations running smoothly. AKS offers a Consumables Loyalty Program with two options to make your life easier.

Participation in our loyalty program is free, and the benefits last for as long as you purchase consumables through AKS Cutting Systems.

AKS Yearly On-Site Preventative Maintenance

Customer will purchase all torch consumables & parts (Hypertherm) from AKS Cutting Systems and will receive a 10% Consumables Discount.

Option 1 includes the following:

  • 10% Off All Consumables (Does not include non-consumable parts or coolant)
  • FREE Torch Body – 1 Free Torch Body per AKS / Hypertherm System, per calendar year
  • Preferred Service Rates – Discounted standard service rates per below
    • 20% Off On-Site Service Technician Hourly Rate Charge
    • 20% Off Travel Service Technician Hourly Rate Charge
  • Annual Preventative Maintenance / Service Call (2 days – $2,400 Value)
